Bye bye Sydney

Lots of things to say… don’t know where to start. It’s been 3hrs since u got home from the airport. Slept 8hrs frm the nite before, didn’t sleep a wink during the 8hrs flight back. N now, I’m actually not tired.

8 days in Sydney, this trip was pretty tiring. Lots of packing, shifting, cleaning n drama. Of coz, not forgetting pretending to be sk’s friend and having to wake up early for the first 6 days to entertain n bring the Kan family all around Sydney.

Well, I did do some new stuff which I didn’t during my prev 4 trips over the year. This time round, we went to hunter valley n also did the coastal walk. So it was wine tasting n walking for 2hrs+ along the coast frm coogee to bondi respectively. Oh yeah, n this time round I plucked up some courage n walked into the freezing water n crashing waves at bondi. Small accomplishment :) Well, for the last 3 nites, we had to say goodbye to sk’s wonderful bed at the apartment n move into darren’s dorm in the uni. Yet another experience, but I’ll sooo prefer the comfy bed anytime. Sk n I are so meant for each other, we can sleep ALL day long when we have the chance!! I don’t know how we do that, but we just can, haaa.

Alritey, so anyway, now I’m no longer in a long-dist relationship. I don’t really know wat to expect. Things r gonna change. I know sk dreads coming back. It’ll mean no more drinking n smoking as n when. N now, having finally graduated, it’s time to find a job. N also living with the parents n being constantly nagged by them. I understand. I know it’s tough giving it up aft 3.5yrs. I guess wat we can do now is just to work towards the future, towards a life together. It’s not gonna be easy n it’s gonna take at least a few years. I’ll try to make it worth the while within my means.
